I took the two above photos this morning around 8:30 AM. Lots of bikes and some motor scooters just two blocks away at Blue Heaven and La Creperie. Santiago's Bodega is a block further to the west. The Southernmost Point is a couple of blocks to the south on Whitehead Street and South Beach (the beach) is one block further to the east. The entrance to Ft. Zachary Taylor State Beach and Park is a few blocks to the north. (It's a quick bike ride and a 15 minute walk.) Of course Duval Street is just a couple of blocks to the east so you can be a part of the action there at the drop of a hat.
