Excellent value on this property - it is adorable and with rental income and pool very desirable. I stayed in the vacation rental side of this unit and it was always the most popular spot to stay - close enough to Old Town but far enough away from the noise. A duplex in Old Town less than 600K is a steal - it won't last long!
