Like a lot of Bank Owned houses, this one has been neglected a bit. But it was not abused. I think it needs a few of the windows replaced. The whole house needs a thorough cleaning and a paint job would make the place look even better. The landscaping has been neglected for several years. I would give the overgrown tree in the front yard a major haircut (or even cut it down).
