Bank Owned - 2104 Patterson Avenue - Key West

Just listed, but not by me, 2104 Patterson Avenue in Key West,  a Bank Owned family size home with over 1904 sq ft of living space, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a large pool and lots of space for a large family. The lot itself is 5,000 (50' x 100'.)

The listing Realtor describes this large property this way:
"This home is located in the center of town and has a spacious floor plan. The rear of this home is completely fenced with a large deck that over looks a concrete swimming pool. Home is missing all appliances."
I think the house is actually larger than the mls listing indicates. I did not measure the space, but I am pretty sure I am correct about this. If I am correct, the asking price of just $286,000 really makes this home a bargain. I took a lot of photos of the property which you can see if you CLICK HERE.  Look below to view a sample of photos.

2104 Patterson is located in the midtown area of Key West. The new middle school and high school are each located within walking distance of the property. Old Town is an easy jaunt as are the three large shopping centers.

This house offers a lot of living area for the price. CLICK HERE to view the Key West mls datasheet. Please give me, Gary Thomas, 305-766-2642, a call to schedule a showing. I am a Buyers agent and a full time Realtor at Preferred Properties Coastal Realty, Inc.

Gary Thomas in a Nutshell

My photo
Key West, Florida, United States
I first read about Key West in a magazine called "After Dark" sometime in the mid 1970's. But it wasn't until March 1984 that I made my first visit to the island that would become my home. I had two weeks for a vacation and reserved a room at Colours Guesthouse (now Marrero's Guest House) for one week. I thought that if I didn't like Key West, I could always go back to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale for the rest of my trip. But after a couple of days in Key West, that was no longer a consideration. But when I wanted to extend my stay for the extra week I found there was no room at the inn. The guesthouse owner did find me a room at LaTeDa, the infamous guesthouse/restaurant. That's a story I'll write another day. But those two weeks in Key West gave me the realization that I had found Paradise. Key West has been my home since 1993 and my only regret is that it took me so long to get here. I am a full time Realtor at Preferred Properties CRI. Let me help you find your new home or business in Paradise. Living in Paradise is not a slogan, it's a way of life.
