Price Reduction - Key West Beach Club Unit #413

The lure of the sea, that is what it is. It is the ever changing views of sky and water; the birds and boats and man that make the reflections seen in the mirror at the new Preferred Properties listing at Key West Beach Club Condominiums so captivating.  No matter which unit I have gone to at the Beach Club, my eyes are always immediately drawn through the unit and out to the direct water view. You see, only at Key West Beach Club does each unit come with a direct water view.

The listing Realtor describes Unit No. 413 this way:
" Located on the Ocean, in one of Key Wests most outstanding gated communities, is this recently renovated two story penthouse with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, marble and wood floors with soaring ceilings and breathtaking water views. As you enter the long foyer, to the left are French doors leading to the breakfast/office area and kitchen. To the right is a wonderful guest room with floor to ceiling built-ins for storage. The Living/dining area are accented by a Cherry Wood built-in floor to ceiling entertainment center. On the top level is a bright and cheerful bedroom/bath/living area. One of the most outstanding features of this unit is the massive balcony for outdoor living. 2 heated community pools, tennis court and covered parking."

If you venture up the spiral staircase you might just fall in love with this place. I'd definitely make this my master suite. I'm not fond of spiral stairs, but I'd make an extra special exception in this case. The space is just wonderful.

Penthouse Loft

I think I must have been a seaman in a former life. But I get seasick, so I probably wasn't.  Still, I love to just stare at the horizon and watch the sky and ocean change colors. When storms head our way the sky turns gray and ominous.  The wind blows and the palm trees sway.  The ocean churns and spits up seaweed. The afternoon I took these photos a bunch of turtle sponges had washed ashore (see the second photo from the top). At night you may see the tiny lights on boats out in deeper water. Whatever time of day you look out at the water, the view will always be a bit different. CLICK HERE to view a slideshow of photos I took of this waterfront property.

Key West Beach Club Condominiums have two swimming pools, a tennis court, a small gym, covered parking plus storage, beautifully landscaped private gardens, and 24 hour security. The monthly condo association fees are $1033 per month.  to CLICK HERE to view the Key West mls datasheet and some great listing photos.

Gary Thomas in a Nutshell

My photo
Key West, Florida, United States
I first read about Key West in a magazine called "After Dark" sometime in the mid 1970's. But it wasn't until March 1984 that I made my first visit to the island that would become my home. I had two weeks for a vacation and reserved a room at Colours Guesthouse (now Marrero's Guest House) for one week. I thought that if I didn't like Key West, I could always go back to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale for the rest of my trip. But after a couple of days in Key West, that was no longer a consideration. But when I wanted to extend my stay for the extra week I found there was no room at the inn. The guesthouse owner did find me a room at LaTeDa, the infamous guesthouse/restaurant. That's a story I'll write another day. But those two weeks in Key West gave me the realization that I had found Paradise. Key West has been my home since 1993 and my only regret is that it took me so long to get here. I am a full time Realtor at Preferred Properties CRI. Let me help you find your new home or business in Paradise. Living in Paradise is not a slogan, it's a way of life.
