I had an eye opening experience a few days ago when I showed
1120 South Street which is located in the
Casa Marina Area
of Key West. I live nearby and often walk by or ride my bike past this
home on the way to the gym. I had not been inside in more than twelve
years. The facade had not changed during the years. The front yard has
some very large trees and tropical foliage that give the property an
