This charming home is unique to Key West and the perfect location, imaginative design and classic architecture is just what any buyer would want at an excellent price too. Thank you for sharing this one Gary - it will not disappoint anyone.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2740556909864494483.post-74579690192104517132010-03-11T04:33:41.913-05:002010-03-11T04:33:41.913-05:00Ed Hardy? No questions asked. And walking out the store you think how lucky you are to have found such a great deal. Same thing with real estate - there is luck in the timing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2740556909864494483.post-52529891349495451772010-03-10T06:09:36.391-05:002010-03-10T06:09:36.391-05:00Dear Anon: It "was" under contract and ...Dear Anon: It "was" under contract and something happened. Now it is back on the market.

I wrote about the house in January 2009 when it was priced much higher. I have shown it several times (at the higher price) and everybody loved the house but not the price.

Now the house is NOW priced very well given the location, structure, and the sweetness of the property.

I have some friends that looked at the house when it was priced higher. They own on the block. They wanted to buy (they know the value of that particular block), but were afraid of the market.

There are a lot of timid Timmies still out there, including my friends. It's like going to Bloomingdales and seeing the only LaCoste shirt in your size and favorite color on sale for half off. You know the brand and the value because LaCoste is never half off. You think, well if I wait long enough, it may be 60% off. Or you may say I already have that same size and color shirt that I love and have worn to death. Why do I need another?

GaryGary Thomashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03006513292595034076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2740556909864494483.post-50380794546031981662010-03-09T19:14:53.138-05:002010-03-09T19:14:53.138-05:00You've shown this house before, maybe a year o...You've shown this house before, maybe a year or so ago?
