The house is on one of the best streets in Key West and it is located a stones throw from the Historic Key West Seaport. I just received this e-mail and wanted to share it because it adds history to the home:

"I googled the house at 313 William St & saw you’re the realtor…just wanted to say my great-grandfather, George AT Roberts built that house & it was entirely out of driftwood & wood from wrecked ships, and at the time not a single nail was used ! Too bad it's out of our family now……it's beautiful now ! My mom grew up playing in it especially in the upstairs rooms……just a little history for you !" George Anne Cossey
