ReplyDeleteThe house is actually being renovated by an agent in our office. He and a helper are doing the work themselves. He also owns a large home in mid-town that is also for sale. He cannot afford two homes. So he may be forced to sell this dream home and stay in the midtown home.
ReplyDeleteIt is priced high per sq ft, but they have agreed to respond to any serious offer in a responsible manner.
