One thing to point out Gary - anyone wanting a home to use as a vacation rental in Old Town MUST have a pool. No one wants to rent a home without one and get rentals over the season. I have seen far too many homes sit vacant except for major events like Fantasy Fest because they did not have a decent pool. Food for thought....
