  1. Love your blog. What do you think about Upper Duval? I was on MLS and saw a foreclosure on Elizabeth for $389k. Do you think that's a good deal for that neighborhood? Look like it needs lots of work. Thanks!

    There are already multiple offers on the Elizabeth. property. I've seen it. Typical bank owned property as well as apparent termite infestation.

  8. Speaking of Elizabeth street i hate when new listings come up such as 517 and have no pictures. Let's get some photos of this place up! I'd love to see what the inside of this "new old house" look like.
