I dug into my old shoebox and found the above black and white photo which shows 1007 Eaton Street when it was photographed in 1965. Notice the louvered door on the first floor. If you look carefully you also will see the intricate porch rails that still exist today.

Lots of houses on these two blocks from Grinnell to White were sold, renovated then put back up for sale. Is this the only one with off-street parking...and tons of it actually?
Dear Anon - The photo shows the two off street parking spaces located on Thompson Lane.
I had two showings late Monday, one today at 9:30.
Better not wait. It won't last long.
