1126 Stump Lane, Key West - New Lower Price

The Asking Price on 1126 Stump Lane was just reduced to $534,900. That's the least expensive price for a single family home located in Old Town Key West that is move-in ready, come fully furnished, and that does not need to be renovated.

  1. Dear Readers. I am anxious to see if anybody actually takes the 3D tour and comments. I think this is a great first attempt on this new technology. You can see every part of the house. Take it for a spin and let me know your thoughts.

  2. Love it. Used it before on another listing (not in Key West). I think it is a great tool for markets with a out-of-town buyers to get much better sense of space and orientation.

  3. I think it paints a much more accurate picture of the listing. Always hated seeing stretched pools, flat screen tv's and ceiling fans on doctored photos.

  6. hi gary -

the 3d tour is pretty nice as it does give you a better view of the interior. a few things need to be improved but overall it was quite nice to use. this is a decent small home that is in nice condition. the 3d gives you a better perspective of the layout and "walking" through it as if you were there. hope to see more of these going forward.

  7. Thank you. This was the first attempt at using this new camera. Good things will come. I will be writing about a couple of new listings in the coming days. We will all get to see how well this camera system stands up to big houses.
