Dear Readers. I live one block north of this house and saw two large moving vans removing furniture from the house about a month ago. Two weeks ago a friend mentioned the new owners were in town and were visiting the house they had purchased. Around the same time I was talking with Cory Held, another agent in my office. I mentioned a deal I am working on and she said she had another deal she was working on. Neither told the other what they were doing. I drove home that afternoon and put two and two together and texted Cory. she would not confirm. But I knew. Congratulations to Cory Held. Cory and I co-list 744 Windsor Lane. If you doubt the Key West real estate market, don't!
