enough to be allowed to wander through it - absolutely devine. The specification and quality of build
is first class - some lucky person is going to get a great buy. I would have thought the price should
be higher unless a bidding war is expected or possibly a quick flip.
Talking of flips i notice a house on Johnson sold only 9 weeks ago back on the market at
nearly a million $ uplift .
Makes you think this market is crazy.???

Johnson wasn't a flip...nothing was done to it whatsoever...realtor told owners what he felt it was worth and when they took his advice he bought it himself...seems to me those owners should sue if it sells for $1M more just a few months later...beware of shady realtor advice
Dear Anon. I know the owner and spoke to him before he listed the property. I think you are wrong and have a very angry view of all Realtors. Te fact is the market in Key West is very strong. Most listings are on the market for just a few days. Buyers want houses. Johnson is a beautiful home in a very desirable location. If it is priced wrong, it won't get purchased. I guess you'll win the argument. But you may not. The other thing is most houses that sold in 2020 and 2021 are worth more today than they were then. And that is going on all over the country.
Another house hit the market this past week that sold in mid 2021. The sale did not go thru the mls. It is back on the market at an even higher price than before.

$1M more with no improvements four months later? You're smart Gary. You know the truth. My point wasn't that the house is priced too high now it's that it should have been priced this way 4 months ago when this realtor bought it from the owners.
