I just saw a new listing on Grinnell St, and its price. I am fully aware that it is a small island with a limited capacity, but those prices make it completely unaffordable. You used to sell luxury properties with a high price point, now I feel every property is that expensive.
ReplyDeleteIf you are referring to 903 Grinnell Street, it went under contract on Thursday - yesterday. I previwed it for a customer on Wednesday. They are located out of town and could not get here quick enough to see for themselves. The place is a clean as a whistle as I like to say. Very well maintained. It has apool but no parking. Priced high but everything is high anymore. Good luck to Bobby Coe agent and to the buyer.
