The above photo shows Julia Street as it dead-ends onto Duval Street - about 100 feet from 413 Julia Street. The house is near to the action but it far enough away not hear it. Julia is a narrow street in the neighborhood. There won't be any Conch Trains and only minimal auto traffic because it dead-ends. There is off street parking in front of the house and it has a pool. This home should sell quickly given the newness of the renovation and excellent location.
