I got a welcomed surprised during a recent Key West Realtor Caravan when I walked into the first floor oceanfront La Brisa condominium. La Brisa Condominiums are located at 1901 South Roosevelt Boulevard opposite Smathers Beach. This unit is the the E building on the far east side of the development.
