Many of the historic homes in Old Town had similar balconies enclosed to create additional living space. That is the look the architect sought to achieve. The look has been catching the eye of passers-by for the past year as construction took place.

Old Chicago Brick lines the driveway and flows into the front yard enclosed by a traditional white picket fence. The brick continues around the east side of the house to the back yard and pool. This home has first and second floor covered porches on the front and rear each with Trex decking.
