The first thing you notice when you arrive at the property is how clean the yard and facade are. Mind you, this home was built in 1958. How many of you readers are sixty years old and look about as good today as you did when you were brand new? The lot measures 60 ft wide by 103 ft deep or 6201 square feet. The house has 1651 sq ft of interior living space under air conditioning plus substantial covered area out by the pool.
The very first thing I noticed upon entering this home was the refinished terrazzo floors in the original house. They are stunning. I looked off to the left and saw the new kitchen complete with quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The expansive living area has two sets of glass panel doors which open out to the covered lanai. The living room is extra large and bright due in part to the French doors which are impact resistant glass that provide both wind storm protection as well as sound proofing. All of the windows and doors in this home have been replaced with wind impact resistant glass which will reduce wind storm insurance for decades to come.
If I didn't tell you that this three bedroom, two bath home was built in 1958 you wouldn't know it by looking at the photos. Every room looks modern without looking trendy.

"How many of you readers are sixty years old and look about as good today as you did when you were brand new?". Instant classic! That alone is worth the price of admission. Thanks for making me laugh, Gary. Very cute house. It'll go quickly I think
Greetings, very interesting studies. Thank you very much for the work done. Perhaps you will also be interested in the offer from https://www.newpropertyguide.com/new-futura/
Hey Joseph, Thanks for actually reading what I write. I thought that was pretty good myself. The house is better now than it was when built. i really would love to find a buyer for it. Most mid-centuries go to people on budgets looking for an entry to out market and who have limited resources to redo their places. This will go to someone with more money but with the same dream of finding a home in Key West.
Gary
