Beautiful property. This place checks A LOT of boxes! And what a great block. You can walk to Old Town Bakery or 5 Brothers in the morning, then if you forget an ingredient when cooking dinner, Sunbeam Grocery is right there. Great walking neighborhood too. Some lucky buyer will be very happy!

Agree with Joseph. But based on the square footage and the amenities the price seems almost too good to be true in the current market. Should sell very fast unless there is a problem that cannot be detected in the beautiful pics.

It went under contract Friday afternoon. I was working with an out of area buyer who pondered too long. We lost it.
I was at the house on Thursday afternoon. Ten other agents were there Facetiming or with their buyers. This was the deal of this year.
