304 Julia recently sold, didn't it? It's back on the market again after a few months? Any idea what's the story?
Wow! Not quite the response I was expecting to my question!
I think the sellers at 304 Julia have personal issues unrelated to the house or finances that make them want to sell.

I deleted a SPAM Comment written in Chinese. Every once in a while older posts get goofy Viagra comments posted and I delete them as well.
I typically do not delete comments by people that discuss the pros and cons of buying property.
