The side yard is large enough to accommodate a pool and garden both. There are front and rear porches on both first and second floors of this property.

This is a three bedroom unit with 2 and 1/2 baths. The main level has a guest bedroom opposite the kitchen which is located up front. The dining area and living room look out onto the golf course.
