Old Town location. While the home blends in with the historic homes of the area, it was actually built in 1983. The current owners have updated the home with a new kitchen and three en-suite baths. And the exterior paint color was changed from white to the subtle yellow shown above and below.

This house has always been one of my favorites. The octagonal room is used as one of three bedrooms in this home. The other two are traditional rectangular rooms. But this room with the five windows and incredible pool view is just too cute.
