Gary, do you think there is room for a small pool in that beautifully bricked courtyard? If not, perhaps a small hot tub? Didn’t this property just sell about a year ago?
I was wondering the same thing. Save pool and parking, this place looks like a Key West dream! Price, location, amenities, this place checks a lot of boxes. Bet it'll go quick...
I did sell this house a couple of years ago. The owners purchased a larger house and now offer this adorable home.
There is room for a pool in the rear. There is water and electricity to the area where a pool could be located. There is open access to the front which may allow a small backhoe access to dig the pool.

Great house. Not sure I see the improvements from the $755K sales price back in April of 17 to warrant $150K more...but still, nice pad.
