The building has two sets of stairs - one at the front which goes up and the second at the rear that goes down to the community laundry room and pool. There is no parking. You may not need parking. Your photographs of this space remind me of Andrew Wyeth's paintings, which I enjoy looking at but don't necessarily want to live in. I love the condo but would personally require a few homey touches. Great bargain though, considering location.
